Friends and family members serve a great purpose as social support in your life. A friend or family member is not professionally trained to help you grow, heal and change. Therapy is not only for those who have previously diagnosed mental health disorders, but anyone who feels lost, stuck, dysregulated, or like they could use some additional support. Therapists are neutral parties who can help approach situations from an unbiased stance while being able to help you recognize patterns and themes you might not be seeing.
We currently do not accept insurance but are in the process of changing that. We do provide super bills for you to submit to your insurance companies where you might have some out of network benefits depending on your plan.
